Management Team
PHD Medical’s management team has extensive
experience in respiratory medicine, regulatory affairs, mechanical
and software engineering, electronic manufacturing and telecommunications.
John McAllister
President; Chairman of the Board
Mr. McAllister has more than 40 years of experience in the electronics
industry. A pioneer in contract manufacturing in Canada, he was
a co-founder of C-MAC Industries Inc. and subsequently founder,
president and CEO of Primetech Electronics Inc., a public company
that was acquired in 2001 by Celestica Inc..
David Brown
Chief Financial Officer; Director
Mr. Brown is a veteran finance manager that brings with him a
wealth of knowledge and experience. Prior to joining PHD Medical,
Mr. Brown was the Chief Financial Officer of Primetech Electronics.
Highlights in this capacity include the execution of a public
offering and the sale of the company to Celestica Inc. Mr. Brown
has also occupied a number of financial positions at General
Electrics Canada. He is a board member of PHD Medical and sits
on the board of several other technology companies.
Dr. Robert T. Brouillette
Medical Director
Robert T. Brouillette is a pediatrician with a particular interest
in respiratory control disorders in children during sleep. Dr.
Brouillette has extensive experience in supervising sleep studies
in children and understands the pathophysiological impact that
a wide variety of congential syndromes, malformations and acquired
abnormalities may have on a child.
Dr. Brouillette is also Professor of Pediatrics
at McGill University, Associate Director of Clinical Research
for the McGill University Health Center (MUHC) and Director of
the Sleep Lab at the Montreal Children’s Hospital of the
MUHC. He has published over 100 peer reviewed articles related
to pediatric sleep abnormalities.
Jeremy T. Brouillette
Executive Vice President; Director
As Executive Vice President, Mr. Brouillette is responsible for
the overall operations of PHD Medical Inc. Jeremy brings extensive
sales and management experience in the selling and implementation
of large software solutions such as SAP. Prior to software, Jeremy
worked in several contract manufacturing companies providing
sales and engineering support to the telecommunications industry.
